Stewed Carp

Knorr series products are essential seasonings in my kitchen and have been used all the time. I am very happy to receive the hot fried fresh dew from Knorr this time. I would like to thank Gourmet Jie and Knorr manufacturers for their trust.

The carp is cleaned, and the water is controlled for later use.

The anti-sticking treatment of the pan is itself a non-stick pan. It is better to smear it with ginger.

Spread a thin layer of starch on the surface of the fish, and then use a knife to cut both sides. It is best to use pork belly to fry the fish with some oil (you can directly use corn oil) to fry the fish.

Add appropriate amount of sugar, wine, vinegar, green onion and ginger, and appropriate amount of water.

Cover the pot with a large fire. The fire must be boiled first. Then turn to low heat and simmer, add pepper, and when the soup is thick and white, add salt.

Add Knorr to stir-fry the fresh dew and finally, heat up the sauce, add chicken essence, and turn off the heat.

Tips:
Stewed carp is not suitable for adding too much spices, it is best to keep the original flavor.
