Stewed Chicken Breasts with Tomato and Basil

1. Slice garlic for later use

2. Chop purple onion and set aside

3. Peel and cut tomatoes

4. Chicken breast cut into large pieces

5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and white pepper evenly on the chicken breast

6. Knead the chicken breast thoroughly

7. Let stand for three minutes

8. Pour oil in the pan

9. Add chicken breast

10. Fry until golden

11. Pick out the chicken breast and set aside

12. Pour the chopped onion into the pot

13. Pour in the chopped tomatoes

14. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are juiced

15. Add the fried chicken breast

16. Sprinkle with black pepper, white pepper, and chopped basil

17. Fire for three minutes

18. Simmer for 20 minutes
