Stewed Chicken Drumsticks with Hericium

Wash the hericium by repeatedly soaking the hair in warm water

Tear into small pieces for later use.

Chop small pieces of chicken legs and wash
4.
Stir-fry the chicken drumsticks in water, add sugar and soy sauce and stir-fry well

Add oyster sauce, green onion and ginger aniseed into the pressure cooker, add carrot cubes and salt and mix well.
