Stewed Chicken Drumsticks with Mushrooms

One chicken leg.

Remove the chicken bones.

Cut into appropriate size segments. Marinate for 10-20 minutes with a little cooking wine and light soy sauce.

Soak the mushrooms in advance. Filter the water for soaking mushrooms and set aside.

Prepare scallion, ginger, garlic cloves, star anise and dried red pepper

Tips:
When collecting the juice, don't collect too dry, you can leave a little broth.
