Stewed Chicken Soup

The chicken is thawed, soaked in bleeding water, and washed. I use a small boy chicken. There is not much oil and water in the meat.

I used the ready-made soup ingredients that I bought, and I added ginger and spring onions

Wrap it in tea bags, so it’s more convenient to drink chicken soup

Put the ingredients and chicken in the pot, add more than two-thirds of the water, I put the whole chicken in. When it is ready to be cooked, use chopsticks to tear the chicken, or you can cut the chicken and simmer it, and cook until the water boils.

Boil on high heat until the water boils, there will be froth on the noodles, defoam, stew for about 1 hour and then remove the oil again, so that the taste is better

Tear the chicken with chopsticks, add salt, and cook for another ten minutes

When it's done, it can be out of the pot. You can add some chopped green onions and coriander if you like
