Stewed Chicken Soup
1.
Wash and drain a chicken
2.
Remove the internal organs and chop small pieces for later use (the chicken I bought has gizzards, chicken hearts, and chicken livers. I will keep them all, and it will be better to stew together!)
3.
Use half of the corn thawed
4.
Put hot water in the pot, boil the chicken nuggets when the water is boiled, and add the cooking wine to taste!
5.
Add sliced ginger, shallots, corn, and blanched chicken in a separate pot.
6.
Add medlar and jujube and simmer
7.
Add salt and white pepper to taste, boil on high heat and simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat
8.
After simmering for 1 hour, taste the saltiness. You can add table salt and keep it warm for 1 hour before eating.
Tips:
1. Corn I chose sticky corn to increase the sweetness of the chicken soup
2. Lycium barbarum and red dates to invigorate qi and blood
3. Add salt in batches, and put it in after you have tasted it yourself
"Tonic is not for everyone", not everyone needs tonic. In winter, the body's anabolic function is enhanced, and it is easy to absorb nutrients, which is an excellent period for tonic. For some people with low weight, weak physique, and weakened immune function, proper tonic can restore and regulate the functions of various organs of the human body, and at the same time store energy for the winter.
