Stewed Chicken Soup with Fresh Mushrooms

Light chicken cleaning software is spare.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms and slice them.
3.
Wash the crab mushrooms and set aside.

Wash the pork belly mushrooms and tear them into small pieces.

The ginger is loosened, the green onions are knotted, and the flowers are cut.

Pour the chicken in the pot without oil, add the cooking wine and stir fry.

When the chicken is sautéed until the color is yellow and the meat is fragrant, add the ginger and sauté

Transfer to a saucepan, add appropriate amount of water, add green onion knots, add shiitake mushrooms, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour in pork belly mushrooms and crab fillet mushrooms and cook for about 8 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder, and chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Fresh mushrooms and chicken are delicious, no need to add other seasonings, for the purpose of eating meat and soup.
2. When cleaning up the chicken, do not pull off the slightly fat skin to avoid being too greasy.
3. There is no need to add oil when frying the chicken. Stir out the oil of the chicken itself to make the meat more fragrant.
4. This stewing method is not suitable for old chicken.
