Stewed Chicken with Bamboo Shoots

Wash one boy chicken.

Blanch the chicken for later use.

Two fresh bamboo shoots.
4.
Peel the bamboo shoots, soak the shiitake mushrooms, and slice the ginger for later use.

Pour a sufficient amount of water into the pot, add the chicken nuggets under cold water, remove the scum after boiling over high heat, add ginger slices and mushrooms.

After simmering for an hour and a half, add the chopped bamboo shoots.

After the soup is simmered, add an appropriate amount of salt.
