Stewed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower and Yam

A local chicken is cleaned and chopped into pieces.

Boil water in a pot under cold water (only part of it is boiled).

Put the chicken in the rice cooker, add ginger slices, cooking wine, water and press the stew button.

The yam is peeled and cut into hob pieces, and the cordyceps flower is soaked in water.

After the chicken is simmered for 40 minutes, add cordyceps flower and yam, add salt and light soy sauce to season and continue to simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

Authentic local chicken, with only simple seasoning, has a strong fragrance.
