Ginseng stewed chicken is a traditional Han Chinese medicinal meal. The ginseng flavor is mellow and the chicken is tender, nourishing and strengthening the body.

Stewed Chicken with Ginseng Pork Ribs

1. Clean the chicken and ribs, chop into large pieces, and soak in cold water for 30 minutes

2. Add cooking wine, remove the blood from the chicken and ribs on a small fire, wait for the water to boil, and then clean the chicken and ribs

3. Prepare ginseng, red dates, wolfberry, and ginger

4. Put various ingredients in a large casserole

5. After the high fire is boiled, keep the center of the pot boiling on a low fire, and simmer for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Add salt to taste when starting the pot.
