Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

Wash dried shiitake mushrooms and soak (leave the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms); prepare the onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, and star anise;

Wash the chicken and chop into pieces;

Saute ginger slices, star anise, dried chili;

Add chicken pieces and stir fry;

Stir fry until the color changes, add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, and a little vinegar;

Pour the water that just submerged the chicken nuggets, put in the green onion knots, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes;

Then add the shiitake mushrooms and soak the shiitake mushroom water and continue to simmer for 20 minutes;

Add garlic cloves again;
9.
Simmer for 10 minutes and then collect the thick soup.
Tips:
1. Wash the mushrooms before soaking the hair. The water used for soaking the mushrooms is used for cooking.
