Stewed Chicken with Tea Tree Mushroom

Cut the local chicken into small pieces, add cooking wine and a bit of salt, blanch it in boiling water, and rinse it out. It can remove the fishy smell very well, and the color of the chicken is bright, and it will not be too greasy after a while.
