Stewed Cod with Soft Tofu

Prepare the ingredients you need in advance. Cut the cod fish into sections for later use, dice the carrots for later use, remove the peas and wash them for later use, and cut the tofu into pieces for later use.

Cod is marinated with salt, cooking wine, pepper, light soy sauce, and chopped green onion for preparation.
