The one in my family doesn’t eat spicy food, so I can’t buy a lot of cooked food. For example, we can’t buy the famous duck wings and feet. They are basically spicy, so I will study and make it for him. I bought it yesterday. I made 2 catties of duck feet and stewed it for him today. This is the first time I made duck feet. It tasted good. Duck feet are not sticky like chicken feet stewed for a long time. I think both are better than chicken feet. I plan to make more of this in the future, and friends who are interested should also try it.

Stewed Duck Feet

1. Duck feet melted in cold water

2. Put clean water in the basin to boil

3. Blanch the duck feet in boiling water and remove them to control the moisture

4. Prepare green onion, shredded ginger, pepper, aniseed, bay leaves, cumin

5. Heat the wok and add corn oil

6. Pour the seasoning in and stir fry

7. Stir fry for a fragrance and pour into the duck feet

8. Stir fry and add cooking wine

9. Add two more spoons of sugar

10. Add some dark soy sauce and stir fry for a while

11. Add the right amount of salt

12. Add some fermented bean curd juice

13. Finally add some boiling water

14. After stirring evenly, cover the lid and simmer for about 40 minutes. When you see the skin on the duck feet burst open, it will be cooked. After turning off the heat, soak it in the soup for a while before taking it out and serving it on a plate.

Tips:

You can eat cold or hot food, if your family loves spicy and spicy seasoning, it will taste more fragrant, and the aftertaste is endless.
