Stewed Eggplant with Carrots

Peel the eggplant and cut into thin slices.

Slice carrots, slice ham, and mince garlic.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.
4.
Put the carrots and stir fry.
5.
Add the ham and stir fry.
6.
Pour the eggplant and stir fry.
7.
Add a spoonful of Zhu Hou sauce and a little water and simmer until the eggplant is cooked through.
8.
Add the chopped green onion and cut raw.
Tips:
Zhu Hou sauce is relatively salty, so I didn't add any more salt.
