Stewed Fish

Prepare the required condiments

Wash the fish with the cutting knife to taste it. The fish I chose today is a bit big, so I cut it into sections and put it in the pot.

Cut the pork belly into about 5mm thin slices, add oil to the pan and stir-fry the pork slices, stir-fry until slightly yellow and curly, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fish sauce

After the condiments are fried, add warm water, add the fish, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Heat to a boil, select medium heat and simmer. After about 20 minutes, change the heat to a low heat to collect the juice

I put some enoki mushrooms, and I can also add fungus tofu noodles and the like according to my preference

Enoki mushrooms can be put after boiling
