Stewed Fish Head with Wild Tianma

Prepare the ingredients you need (wash the red dates and wolfberry, cut the green onion into small pieces, cut the ginger into slices, and cut a little coriander) and set aside

Clean the head of silver carp, drain the water for later use

Dried Gastrodia soaked softly and cut into thick slices for later use (if you bought sliced slices, you don’t need to soak, just wash it well)

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pan to heat, add the fish head and fry until golden on both sides

After frying, transfer to a casserole, add gastrodia elata, spring onion, sliced ginger, cooking wine, red dates, and wolfberry, pour in a suitable amount of hot water to cover the fish head (add more water), turn to a low heat and simmer for 30- 40 minutes

The stewed fish soup becomes milky white. Add a little salt and sprinkle some coriander.
