Stewed Fish Soup

Wash the fish bones and dry them in water for later use. Peel and slice the ginger (about 2-3 slices). Wash the yam and carrots, peel and cut them. The surface of the yacon will quickly oxidize and turn black after dicing, so it is recommended to use it before boiling. Boil it in hot water.

Add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine in a frying pan and fry fish bones and ginger slices until half cooked.

Put yacon, carrots, fish bones, candied dates, and ginger into a pot, add water and simmer for about 2 hours, add salt to taste.
