2.
Wash the fish and remove the head and tail bones.
3.
Cut the fish meat and fish bones into pieces and place them separately. Add pepper and salt to the cooking wine.
4.
Prepare a dry plate, a portion of dried starch, and beaten eggs.
5.
The marinated fish pieces will first account for the dry starch, then the egg batter, and then the dry starch.
6.
Pour oil in the pan to heat, and fry the prepared fish pieces until fragrant. Fish bones can also be fried.
7.
Leave a little oil in the pan, add onions and saute until fragrant.
8.
Add the fried fish head and bones, add water to boil.
9.
The soup will turn white and thick after about ten minutes.
10.
Add the fried fish pieces to a low heat and cook for ten minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
11.
Put the washed nepeta in the soup basin.
12.
Bring out the cooked soup and drizzle with sesame oil.
Tips:
The fish bones do not need to be battered, but they must be fried. Onions can be replaced with green onions. It is enough to put the nepeta directly in the soup pot, and do not need to be boiled in the pot.
