Stewed Lamb Chops with White Radish

Wash the cut lamb chops with clean water.

Put it in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Wash with clean water.

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the pepper and star anise in the seasoning box, cut the scallion into sections, and pat the ginger loose.

Add water to the casserole, add lamb chops, green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, boil over medium heat and simmer slowly for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. The amount of seasoning varies from person to person, so master it yourself.
2. Chopped green onion and coriander are best added to the soup bowl, and put as much as you want. If you put them all in the pot, you won’t be able to eat them at one meal, and the coriander and green onion leaves will turn yellow and affect the color.
