Stewed Lean Meat Soup with Fig and Ginseng

Wash the lean meat, cut into small pieces, then chop into minced meat, cut the ginger slices and set aside

American ginseng and dried figs for later use (wash the figs with water)

Put it into a casserole stew pot. Add the right amount of water.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the electric stew pot and add it to the steaming rack.

Put the prepared casserole into the stewing pot. Cover, turn on the power, and press the stew button

I simmered for about 3 hours. Add appropriate amount of salt before serving. Take care to prevent scalding.
Tips:
1. Lean meat is better for stewing soup, and the soup is clearer.
2. The stewing time is adjusted according to personal preference.
3. Add salt at the end. Don't add it in advance.
