Stewed Lean Pork with Ophiopogon and Poria

Prepare Ophiopogon, Poria, Chinese mountain pills, tangerine peel, candied dates, etc., rinse with water and drain;

Cut lean meat into appropriate size pieces, and cut a slice of ginger;

The white fungus is torn into small pieces after hair bubble;

Blanch the lean meat and sliced ginger together, blanch and drain well into the stew pot;

Into the white fungus, Ophiopogon japonicus, Poria, Chinese yam, dried tangerine peel, candied dates, etc.;

Pour about 8 minutes full of boiling water;

Cover the lid and put it into the electronic stewing pot, add boiling water to the highest water level on the periphery, cover the outer lid, and simmer for about 2.5-3 hours. You can add salt before eating, or not!
Tips:
I generally don’t like adding salt to stew, because the original flavor of the ingredients comes out, and it’s more delicious and healthier to eat~
