Stewed Lemon with Rock Sugar

Rub the lemon with salt, then rinse with clean water, then soak in warm water to drain the water and slice it.

Remove the core of the fruit.

Put it in a clean stewing pot.

Put in rock sugar and cover the lid.

Electric stew pot for more than 12 hours. Two programs are scheduled.

Stew it warmly, pour it into a sterilized glass bottle and let it cool. Then put it in the refrigerator for storage.

Brew the lemon balm with warm water and drink as much as you like.
Tips:
1. Lemons are generally fruit wax, so rub it with salt and soak it in warm water.
2. Stew the lemon paste for at least 10 hours. The longer the stew, the thicker it will become.
3. The ratio of lemon to rock sugar can be 1:1 or 1:1.5. The rock sugar is more thick and sweeter.
