Stewed Mushrooms with Potato Chicken Wings

Wash and blanch chicken wings

Scallions, ginger and star anise are ready

Potatoes and carrots, peeled, washed and cut into pieces

Wash shiitake mushrooms and cut in half

Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry shallots, ginger and star anise until fragrant

Tips:
When washing shiitake mushrooms, add a little salt to the water to make it cleaner.
