Tips:
1. In this syrup, if sugar is not used, the amount of sugar cane when boiling the syrup should be slightly more;
2. The choice of papaya, the riper one will be sweeter. If you use the water-proof method of stewing, you can use some cooked, it will not be boiled. If you boil directly in a casserole, it is best to choose half-cooked, which is better to ensure the complete shape after cooking;
3. The amount of the apricots is as much as you like. If you have more, the aroma of almonds will be stronger. In addition, the ratio of north to south apricots is 4:1. Because northern almonds are slightly poisonous and bitter, it is not advisable to eat more;
4. Boil the almonds for a while, not only to bring out its fragrance, but also to remove the bitter taste. When cooking almond syrup, you can use a stew pot to add water. For example, if you want to stew two cups, just add about two stew cups of water. Not too much, because when stewing, other ingredients are added;
5. Don't add too much sugar water to prevent overflow during the stewing process;
6. Eat hot, the effect is better~~
