Stewed Papaya with Lily Tremella

Soak the dried lily for use, soak the white fungus in clean water for one hour, wash the dust off the surface, cut off the yellow bottom, pick it into small flowers and put it in the pot

Add twice as much water as the white fungus, boil on high heat, and then reduce to medium heat and simmer until it becomes gelatinous

Peel the papaya and cut into large pieces. When the white fungus is gelatinous, add dried lilies, boil and add rock sugar.
