Stewed Pig's Trotter with Yellow Flower Wolfberry
1.
After buying the trotters from the supermarket, first use tweezers to remove the hair. After removing the hair, wash it with water, put it in a pot, boil it with boiling water, take it out after 5 minutes, and then rinse it with water.
2.
Heat a wok and add a small amount of salad oil.
3.
Put in a few rock sugar and boil it, here I used white granulated sugar and forgot to buy rock sugar.
4.
Pour the drained pig's trotter into the fried sugar and color the pig's trotter. After the color is finished, it will look much better than the original white and miserable appearance.
5.
Add a little soy sauce in the cooking wine and stir fry a few times in the pot.
6.
Wash the soaked day lily and wolfberry mushrooms and set aside.
7.
Cut the green onion and mince with the ginger and garlic cloves.
8.
Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
9.
The pig's trotters and daylily, wolfberry, green onion, ginger and garlic are simmered in an electric saucepan.
10.
When simmering, add a little bit of vinegar to make it rotten for an hour, then add mushroom salt.
11.
Two hours later, sprinkle the delicious yellow trotters with a little green chicken essence and it will be ready! The pig's feet melt in the mouth, the soup is fragrant and thick, and the appetite is open.
12.
Since the camera is not there, I used my mobile phone to take pictures, sometimes bright and sometimes dark, otherwise the colors would be more beautiful! Go ahead and try it!
Tips:
When buying trotters from the supermarket, you should choose pig trotters with skin on the hind legs. Ask the chef to chop them into small round pieces. I didn't pay attention to it in a hurry today, so there is a lot of nutrient loss after the water is over! It is best to wear gloves to wash the trotters because they are very greasy.
