Stewed Pig Trotters and Clams

Chop the trotters and wash them into a pot of water.

Add a little vinegar when blanching the water to remove the peculiar smell.

After blanching, wash the trotters and put them in the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker. Add green onions, ginger, star anise, rock sugar and soy sauce.

Put it into the electric pressure cooker and select the stew button to cook and exhaust.

Wash the dried daylily with water.

Pour the braised pig's feet and the soup into the wok, add the day lily, and continue to simmer.

Wash the clams and steam them until they are open to remove the clam meat and soup.
8.
Stew the trotters until the soup is thick and add clam meat in the soup. Stew for 2 minutes, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
The clams are already salty after adding them, so reduce the amount of salt.
