Stewed Pigeon Soup

The pigeons are cleaned.

Chop the washed pigeons into pieces.
3.
Peel the ginger, wash and slice.
4.
Put water in the pot and add half of the ginger.
5.
Add a spoonful of cooking wine.
6.
Put in the pigeon pieces and blanch them out.
7.
Put the right amount of water in the electric pot and put the other half of ginger.
8.
Add the blanched pigeon and simmer for an hour until the chopsticks can be easily penetrated.
