Stewed Pigeon with Cordyceps Flower

1. The pigeon is cut into four sides and washed.

2. Boiled water.

3. The right amount of ginseng and lily.

4. Wash with clean water.

5. Soak the cordyceps flower in clean water for 20 minutes.

6. Put the pigeon, gorgon, and lily together in the stew pot.

7. Pour the soaked Cordyceps flower and water into the stewing pot.

8. Simmer for an hour and a half.
