Stewed Pigeon with Gastrodia

Ingredients: pigeon, Luo Han bamboo shoots, small fungus, gastrodia, medlar.

Soak Gastrodia in warm water for half an hour, soak it softly and cut into slices.

The pigeon cuts off its tail, removes the lymph nodes in the neck, and puts it in a pot to drain the water.

Put the water-extracted pigeon into a casserole, add fungus, Luo Han bamboo shoots, Tianma slices and Chinese wolfberry.

Add water to the casserole, adding enough water at a time.

After the high heat is boiled for 10 minutes, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. If the casserole is too small, you can use the steaming method. Add water and steam in the steamer for 2 hours.

Stew the pigeon until cooked and seasoned.

Garnish with coriander.
