If you want to make braised pork delicious, the choice of meat is the most important thing. There is nothing better than pork belly, which is the fat and skinny piece under the ribs.
Maybe you would say that it is too fat, but what I want to say is the non-pork pork with the best taste in braised pork-lean but not wood, fat but not greasy, and the skin is elastic and soft.
Considering your health and weight loss, don’t eat it often, and occasionally make a tooth sacrifice, and yeah, add some other vegetables to stew together. In this case, the actual intake of fats is not a lot, and many other nutrients are added.
Today I used tofu and braised pork belly. Tofu has a very good calcium replenishment effect. Two small pieces of tofu can meet a person's daily calcium requirement.
Ingredients: 500 grams of pork belly, 240 grams of tofu, 2 star anise, 2 red dates, 10 grams of brown sugar
