Stewed Pork Belly with Tofu and Fruit

Prepare the main ingredients, pork belly and tofu fruit (also called tofu bubble).

Cut the pork belly into large pieces, slice the green onion, and pat the ginger.

You also need two star anises, two red dates, and a piece of brown sugar (about 10 grams).

Without putting oil in the pan, sauté the meat over medium-low heat until it is slightly colored, then put the onion, ginger, star anise and brown sugar into the pan and fry.
