After three days off, I made a lot of delicious food at home. I don’t know what to eat today. I saw the leftover bamboo shoots and dried vegetables that I ate yesterday. So I just used this to make a sesame seed cake. After noodles, there is this bamboo shoot and dried vegetable sesame seed cake, haha, it tastes good. The dried bamboo shoots used here are made by a friend and given to me. They are very clean and delicious. The leftover dried bamboo shoots and dried vegetables are also very delicious to make insets. You might as well give it a try.

17. Pick up the dough and use the watery side to dip the sesame seeds in the sesame bowl

18. Arrange into the baking tray

19. Put it into an oven preheated at 200 degrees for ten minutes and bake for 25 minutes, take it out and let it cool before eating

Tips:

Biscuits are generally made with half-raised noodles, so it’s enough for the live noodles to ferment for 20 minutes in the summer, if you make them longer in winter. Sesame seeds are best made with peeled sesame kernels, so that the finished sesame seeds will not fall off easily. The brushed maltose water is prepared by adding 10 grams of maltose to 30 grams of boiling water.
