Stewed Pork Ribs and Winter Melon

Boil the ribs to remove blood, clean and drain the water for later use

Prepare star anise, pepper, green onion and cut into small pieces, slice ginger and set aside

Wash winter melon, peel and cut into slices for later use

Prepare the casserole, add the ribs, star anise, pepper, cooking wine, green onion, ginger slices, pour in the right amount of hot water to cover the ribs, turn to a low heat and simmer for 60 minutes until the ribs are tender

After simmering, add the cut winter melon slices and goji berries and simmer for 10-15 minutes

Add a little salt, chicken powder, and pepper to taste
