Stewed Pork Ribs with Beans and Potatoes (oiled Version)

The ribs are first marinated with fragrant fried powder and starch. If there is no fragrant fried powder, it can be marinated with salt, chicken essence, pepper powder and starch.

After washing the beans, pinch both ends to remove the old tendons and break them into 5-6 cm sections.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Take a small pot, add oil, and fry the beans, until the skin becomes a little bubbling and wrinkled, and then pick it up.

Fry the potatoes until they are golden yellow on the surface.

Fry the ribs and pick them up when they are a little browned on both sides.

Put a little oil in the wok and sauté the chives until fragrant.

Add the fried ribs and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Add the fried beans and potatoes and stir fry.

Pour in water and keep it flush with the vegetables. Add sugar and a little dark soy sauce and simmer for about ten minutes. When the soup is almost dry, add salt and chicken essence to taste and bring out.
Tips:
1 Don't deep-fry the ingredients for too long, they will not look good if they are fried and burnt.
2 The ribs have been marinated, so you should put a little less when seasoning with salt, don’t forget to put a lot of salt
3 Don’t cook for too long. The ingredients are half-cooked. If it takes too long, the stew will become rotten.
4 Mind if the soup is not dried, leave a little soup for the rice to eat, it is very fragrant
