Stewed Pork Ribs with Beans and Sticky Rolls in A Pot
1.
Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash the beans and remove the old tendons without cutting. Slice green onion and ginger, mince garlic.
2.
Boil the ribs and two slices of ginger in a pot under cold water. If you want to eat the ribs that are soft and rotten, you can skim the floating powder after boiling in this step and cook for more than half an hour.
3.
Heat the bottom oil in an enamel pot, add the sliced green onion, ginger, star anise, and dried chili to the pot to fragrant. Add the oiled beans and the cooked pork ribs to fry until fragrant, and then speed up the water that has been soaked in the ingredients. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste with oil and rock sugar. Cook for about 20 minutes.
4.
Make papers during the period. Wake up for 15 minutes after mixing the noodles in warm water (you can fry the beans and ribs before mixing the noodles), roll out into slices, brush with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up from one end. Cut a section of about 2cm from one end, squeeze it, and roll it with both hands in different directions to form a roll. After the ribs and beans are boiled for about 20, put the rolls in the pot and cook for another 15 minutes. Before putting the paper, check the water. If there is not much water, you need to add some boiling water to ensure that it will not stick to the pot after cooking for 15 minutes.
5.
After opening the lid and picking out the rolls, sprinkle in the minced garlic and stir fry for a while to get out of the pot.
