Stewed Pork Ribs with Caodou and Carrot

1. Ribs over water

2. Cut grass radish into pieces,

3. Add water and ginger slices to the pot, put the ribs and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, then add radish and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. After the stew, add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken bouillon, white pepper noodles, and sprinkle with chopped green onion!

Tips:

In winter, eat more radishes to add moisture to people. There’s a saying in my hometown that we eat radish in winter and ginger in summer
