Stewed Pork Ribs with Kimchi and Radish

Prepare materials;

Chop short ribs, add a small amount of salt, oil and soy sauce to marinate for a while;

Peel the radish and cut into small pieces;

Put the ribs, radish cubes and kimchi in the pot and mix well; cut the kimchi a bit smaller, I used it directly~
5.
Add ginger slices and chicken broth, boil and turn to a small pot for about half an hour;
6.
Add scallions at the end.
Tips:
1. The kimchi can be cut into smaller pieces, I used it directly.
2. The chicken broth is made of concentrated chicken juice mixed with water. You can use clean water directly.
