My boyfriend brought a lot of unnamed mushrooms. The tea tree mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms I recognized were used to burn meat. The mushrooms absorbed the meat's aroma and tasted better than meat. Today, I unpacked the mushrooms I don't know the name, and cooked the ribs with the mushrooms. Recently, the weather has been so dry. I cook a pot of ribs with mushrooms, meat and vegetables, and it won’t be too greasy to eat."

Stewed Pork Ribs with Mushrooms

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the mushrooms in advance.

2. Cut the ribs into pieces and marinate for a while with salt, cooking wine and ginger slices.

3. Add oil in a hot pan, add green onion and sliced ginger until fragrant.

4. Stir fry the lower ribs, add a piece of rock sugar at the same time, fry for color.

5. Pour into a bottle of capped vinegar and stir fry for a fragrance.

6. Add one spoonful of dark soy sauce and two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, stir-fry and add appropriate amount of water.

7. Drain the mushrooms and spread them in an electric pressure cooker.

8. Pour the ribs and the soup in the pot. It is better if the water is half of the ingredients. If it is not enough, add some hot water and cook for 20 minutes.

9. After opening the lid, move it to the wok and collect the juice over high heat.

10. Add salt to taste.
