A few days ago, Doudou’s good friend’s mother gave some mushrooms specially brought back from her hometown. The family has never bought this kind of mushroom. In my impression, this kind of mushroom is suitable for stew, and it is liked by northerners. To eat stew, it is most suitable for southerners to eat some stir-fried vegetables or make some light soup.
After I got the mushrooms, I decided to cook the famous dish of the Northeast-chicken stewed with mushrooms. I changed my mind temporarily because the chicken I usually bought didn't have the smell of chicken. I didn't want to waste such good ingredients for the time being. "
