Stewed Pork Ribs with Pineapple

Prepare the materials first.

After the ribs are washed, add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour;

Cut pineapple into pieces and soak in light salt water;

Cut colored pepper into small pieces; slice ginger and garlic;
