Stewed Pork Ribs with Polygonatum and Sand Ginseng

Rinse the ribs and blanch them in water, then rinse and set aside

Wash other materials except wolfberry

Put the ribs in the stew pot. Add ginger slices and some water

Add washed materials

Put it in a pot and use a steaming rack to stew

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat for 1 hour
7.
Add goji berries and simmer for another 20 minutes
8.
Add salt before boiling
Tips:
It would be better to use a special saucepan. Or use a rice cooker. At your own convenience. The salt needs to be in the pot before putting it. Do not add water in the middle.
