I stewed this soup last night. I deliberately left some spare ribs to make again today, because I can’t take pictures when I made them at night. I have Baidu all these materials and almost all of them are under fire. It's good to drink these in summer. Can produce fluid to quench thirst. It is very good for the body. Ingredients

Stewed Pork Ribs with Polygonatum and Sand Ginseng

1. Wash the ribs and blanch them in water, then rinse and set aside.

2. Wash other materials except wolfberry.

3. Put the ribs in the stew pot. Add ginger slices and some water.

4. Add the washed ingredients.

5. Put it in a pot and stew in a steaming rack.

6. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat for 1 hour.

7. Add the wolfberry and simmer for another 20 minutes.

8. Add salt before boiling.

Tips:

It would be better to use a special saucepan. Or use a rice cooker. At your own convenience. The salt needs to be in the pot before putting it. Do not add water in the middle.
