Stewed Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Wash and blanch pork short ribs.

Prepare green onions, ginger, pepper, star anise.

Leave the bottom oil in the wok, add the green onions, ginger, pepper, and star anise until fragrant, add the ribs, add the cooking wine, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to stir fry.

Add black fungus and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, change it to a young man, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into chunks.

Tips:
After the ribs are blanched, add proper amount of rice vinegar to sauté the pot, which will easily retain the calcium in the bones. After adding water, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, then add potatoes, continue to simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, and finally add the green peppers to match the color.
