I heard people say that eating pig's trotter during dog days can maintain health, so there is this raw place to stew pig's trotter.

Stewed Pork Trotters

1. Pour the trotters into a large pot and add cold water.

2. After the pig's feet are boiled, turn off the heat.

3. After blanching pig's feet, rinse with warm water.

4. Soak the raw ground in water for about eight minutes. This time is just enough for the trotters.

5. All the auxiliary materials and spices are ready, the ginger is sliced, and the raw ground is also sliced.

6. Pour the pig's trotter into a casserole, mix the raw ground into the pig's trotter, and wrap all the spices with gauze.

7. Pour boiling water first, then add all the spices.

8. Cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat.

9. Simmer on low heat for about an hour and a half.

10. After simmering for an hour and a half, the tempting raw stewed pig's trotters soup is out.

Tips:

If you want to save time, use a pressure cooker to cook. I personally like to use a casserole to cook slowly, which is more delicious.
