Stewed Pork Trotters with Black Beans
1.
Half a trotter.
2.
Wash black beans and slice ginger.
3.
Aniseed (pepper, cumin, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf).
4.
Put a little oil in the pan and sauté the black beans until fragrant.
5.
Stir-fry until the black beans "beat" and the skin cracks. When the beans are slightly yellow, shovel and set aside.
6.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the trotters for 3 minutes, and set aside.
7.
After the pot is cleaned, add oil and add ginger cubes.
8.
Pour in the trotters and aniseed and fry until the surface of the trotters turns yellow.
9.
Pour in soy wine, brewing (glutinous rice wine), and sugar. You can use rice wine without making wine.
10.
Pour in black beans and stir-fry until it tastes well.
11.
Finally, shovel to the electric pressure cooker.
12.
Press the tendon button.
13.
When the time is up, the bones are soft and the taste is just right.
14.
Finished product. A pro-drink can be enjoyed. 😄
