Hongliang’s attractive and unique method of pig’s feet-fermented bean curd stewed pig feet. The fermented bean curd tastes very rich, so I didn’t add salt. If you have a heavy mouth, you can add salt to taste.

Stewed Pork Trotters with Fermented Bean Curd

1. Put the pig's trotters into the pot in cold water, add ginger slices and pepper to blanch the blood and water impurities, remove the fishy smell, take the fermented bean curd and appropriate amount

2. Stir the fermented bean curd and fermented bean curd juice evenly, prepare green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and dried chili

3. Pour vegetable oil into the pot to heat up, add the blanched pig's feet and stir fry for a while

4. Add the spices and fry to create a scent, add some dark soy sauce

5. Stir-fry for color, pour in hot water enough for the trotters

6. Pour in some light soy sauce to taste, add some sugar to improve the taste

7. Add the stirred fermented bean curd, simmer over medium and low heat to make the soup thicker, and the trotters are soft and rotten
