Stewed Pork Trotters with Shiitake Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients (pork trotters, mushrooms, eggs, and seasoning), soak the trotters and pork knuckles and wash them for later use.

Dried shrimp (this is dried shrimp)

Soak the shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimp in water together. After the shiitake mushrooms are soaked soft, cut them in half, and wash both of them for later use.

Wash the eggs, put them in a pot and cook them, let them cool, and peel off the shells of the eggs. Rinse them and cut them vertically with a knife. Set aside (easy to taste)

Put the spare ingredients, eggs, dried shiitake mushrooms and shrimp into them. (It was marinated here for 4 hours) Put it in the refrigerator.

After taking it out of the refrigerator, wipe the bottom of the inner tank with a paper towel to dry the water, turn on the power and put it in the electric pressure cooker and press (the tendon button) for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes, the air pressure has not gone down, do not turn it on. (Wait for air pressure to drop)

Tips:
You can also stir-fry a lettuce or other green vegetables on the side of the plate to relieve greasy. One advantage of using an electric pressure cooker is that there will be no oily smoke.
