Stewed Pork with Mushroom

Prepare the ingredients: Remove the roots of oyster mushrooms, soak them in salt water for a while to clean them, and tear them into small pieces for later use.

Clean the tenderloin and cut into thin slices. Add a little salt, pepper, light soy sauce and peanut oil to marinate for ten minutes.

A few slices of ginger are set aside.

Add a proper amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the oyster mushrooms to blanch for two minutes, remove the cold water and squeeze the water for use.

Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices and stir fragrant.

Add oyster mushrooms, mix and stir fry evenly.

Add a pinch of salt and light soy sauce, simmer in hot water for ten minutes.

When the soup is almost dry, turn off the heat.
