The best way to dispose of leftover braised pork is to make stew. In winter, you can add cabbage, sauerkraut, etc. It is delicious. In summer, I often put it in a pot of potatoes and beans and stew it. The potatoes and beans are thick. The thick meaty aroma, the braised pork is not greasy, the family loves it, Jamies, give it a try too!
